Entering the credit correction and the debt settlement arena full time in 2009, GreenPointes’ Founder and Managing Director, Robert R. Donald’s relevant experience in credit repair and debt negotiation stems from a sixteen-year career in consumer finance and business management, five of which were in mortgage origination.

Consequently, while working in the lending industry, Robert gained exclusivity to the three major credit repositories. And, studying their modus operandi, he learned that if consumer protection statutes were leveraged in the service of a damaged credit report, ultimately, honest credit-challenged consumers could meet the lender’s credit score and underwriting guidelines.
