GreenPointe Financial only promises to perform the steps we’ve agreed to in our Client Service Agreement and to charge each month only for work that has been completed.

Comments about client results’ possible and potential outcomes are based on experience and prior success. Thus, because each client’s credit situation is unique individual results will vary. Additionally, as with any credit repair or legal work you might contract on your behalf, because third parties may need to be made aware of the process or choose the route of willful non-compliance, no outcome can be guaranteed.

Moreover, the number of items removed represents the combined deletions for each credit bureau. For example, if a single unverifiable item is removed from all three credit reports, it is counted as three separate deletions.

Finally, a client’s active participation is required to provide GreenPointe Financial with ALL requested documents, including dispute results, which are crucial in obtaining a corrected, accurate credit report.
