We do not establish "Dedicated Accounts" used to hold client payments, nor do we make monthly payments to creditors. As a result, not all clients can complete our program based on their ability to save sufficient funds. Therefore, by employing our services, you agree to and are responsible for managing the funds to settle the debt on the specified date.

Moreover, because each client's credit situation is unique individual results will vary. We can not guarantee that your debt will be resolved for a specific amount or percentage or within a particular time. Comments about client results and possible and probable outcomes are based on experience and prior success.

As with any debt settlement negotiations, or legal work, no outcome can be guaranteed. However, the negotiated settlement we obtain on your behalf will resolve the entire debt, including all accrued fees and interest. Further, you should contact a tax professional to discuss the potential tax consequences of a less-than-full balance debt settlement.

Employing any debt settlement services can adversely affect your creditworthiness. And while in process, you may be subject to collection activity or sued by an original creditor or debt collector.
